Wi-Fi Access

There are three Wi-Fi profiles available at SMCL: GuestCougar, and Staff

Guest Wi-Fi is for general public use.  Select Guest Wi-Fi from your device, then open an Internet browser to accept the user agreement in order to connect.

Cougar Wi-Fi is for currently-enrolled SMCC students.  Select Cougar Wi-Fi, log in with your MEID and password, and open an Internet browser.

Staff Wi-Fi is for all staff currently employed at SMCC.  Select Staff Wi-Fi, log in with your MEID and password, and open an Internet browser.

Computer Access

If you are a currently enrolled SMCC Student:    

Student computers are located on the 2nd floor next to the information desk and in classroom L235.  These computers are connected to your student print account.   

Public computers are located on the 2nd floor.  If you use a public computer, log in with your MEID as your library card number.  Your password will be your six-digit birthday (MMDDYY).  Please note that these computers are not connected to your student printing account and you will be required to pay for printouts:

  • Black and white prints are ten cents per page
  • Color prints are fifty cents per page. 

If you are a Community Member NOT enrolled at SMCC:  

You must have a current Phoenix Public Library card in order to use a computer.
