To ensure quality of the Ask a Librarian service, chat transcripts may be used for training and evaluation purposes. Any personal identifiers will be stripped from your data; those analyzing the data are not the individuals removing any personal identifiers from the data. All transcripts are handled only by library staff affiliated with the service, and all transcripts are permanently removed from the service after 60 days.

Come to the Information/Reference Desk on the first or second floor.  Librarians are available during library hours to assist you.
